The gifts,
2 presents for hus~
1 for his birthday and 1 for our 1st year wedding anniversary!
even went to get a pretty box for it...
there's still quite an amount of empty space after putting the 2 presents inside.
luckily i have few boxes of untouched rose petals
that i ordered previously for my ROM...
Decide to take out 1 box of rose petals and fill the box to make it look less empty.
ahhh~ look more romantic this way!
Also got a birthday card for hus...

4 empty pages in total inside
quite frustrated on what and how should i fill up the empty pages meaningfully.
Luckily, inspiration did came knocking on me =)
every page DIY with satisfaction~

Also went to do heart pillows of us,
sad to say, it was quite a disappointment...
the photo quality is pretty bad for 1 of the photo.
dump it in my storeroom after receiving it -.-
luckily both are not too ex!
Finally everything well prepared, the day is here~
hus know that we are going to 2 destinations, 1 dining venue and 1 stayover venue!
(but i didn't tell him what to expect)
Before that,
i have to thanks my Meifong Dar for taking leave from work on that day for me!!!

On the 10th, told hus that i'll be having class from 12-4pm~
a white lie obviously... (amen)
I actually took the time to get last minute stuffs and also to check-in
early at the venue we gonna stay-over.
Drove to JP to meet with dar and had lunch at Ajisen first.
went to NTUC to get some needs.
Last stop was to The icing room to DIY birthday cake!
It's my first time DIY-ing a cake AND I REGRET DOING IT...
didn't know it was SOOOO hard!!!!
see people do like very easy but ownself do really not easy -.-
I totally have no idea what should i do on the cake -.-
really NO IDEA~~~~
i was whining to dar "how ah.. can refund anot?"

So basically, i decide to start by putting a "Happy Birthday" first...

my dearest hus is a hardcore beer drinker...
so i figure this is a MUST! =)
Dar gave me an idea of putting "I *heart shape* U" with
tealights at the side of the room.
purchased 26 of tealights from the reception and personally shape out...

drove dar back then home sweet home~
